Schools Flat Roofing Services at The Endeavour School
This flat roofing project at The Endeavour School commenced towards the end of the Summer Holiday period and continued through to the end of September. The existing roof coverings were metal sheet and the specification required us to ply over the sheeting. The existing roof insulation was sufficient to comply with current building regulations and therefore the new roofing system installed over the ply comprised of an underlayer and a cap sheet.
The existing sun-pipes were retained with new lead collars installed around their base and fully bonded to the new roofing felt. As with all schools, the safety, health, and welfare of all the children, staff, and visitors to the schools was crucial with all risks either being eliminated or minimised to an acceptable level through the implementation of our Safety Management Systems.
