At Acclaim, we prioritise the development of our team by providing continuous training to ensure our operatives and trainees are fully equipped and qualified for the tasks they undertake. Each quarter, we host a dedicated training session at our facility, offering valuable opportunities for staff and trainee roofing operatives to enhance their skills alongside our experienced, fully qualified professionals.

Our “earn and learn” operatives receive a comprehensive introduction to their training, working directly with qualified supervisors on a specialised training rig at our site. The training emphasises key areas such as detailing work and includes on-site demonstrations, allowing operatives to collaborate with approved manufacturers for hands-on learning.
