Progress Update: Internal Science Classroom Refurbishment at London Oratory School 🧪🥼

Acclaim has been carrying out refurbishment works at London Oratory School, following the removal of RAAC. The focus has been on transforming the science classrooms on the third level, with the project progressing on schedule.

The third-level refurbishment will deliver modern science classrooms, teaching spaces, storage areas, and offices. This includes updated room layouts, new wall finishes, flooring, and fitted furniture. Additionally, the works involve upgrading electrical systems, installing fire doors, and integrating essential services such as gas and water throughout the space.

Despite working on a live site, Acclaim has ensured that the school remains fully operational and undisturbed throughout the project. The work is being carried out in phased handovers, with newly refurbished teaching spaces being handed back to the school in stages, while other phases of the third-level works continue.

Set for completion by mid-2025, this project will not only improve the building’s waterproofing but also create upgraded, modern teaching spaces on the third floor. The transformation will enhance safety and provide a better learning environment for years to come.
