Description:
The project commenced during the summer school holidays with the removal of the existing kitchen appliances. These had to be carefully stored and thoroughly cleaned prior to being re-commissioned. Demolition works were required to remove unwanted partitions and areas were extended requiring new foundations, external frames and masonry work.
New M & E services were provided including fire and intruder alarm systems together with re-routed hot and cold water and heating system. Drainage systems were either renewed or upgraded.
Plastic profiled sheeting and cladding was supplied and installed to provide a hygienic wall and ceiling system. New resin flooring was completed throughout prior to decorations and final clean.
A small amount of external works were also undertaken comprising of an access ramp and general making good to affected paved surfaces.

This project was completed safely and handed over to a delighted Client on time and snag free. The Health and Safety File and the O&M Manual were issued within two weeks of project completion.
