Description:
Piper House, Tonbridge, Kent was once a British Telecom occupied property, however since it was vacated some years previous the general maintenance issues had been overlooked.
We were engaged by Telereal and tasked with undertaking significant internal and external refurbishment works. The budget was capped at £310k with a programme duration of 8 weeks.
Frankhams, the consultant project managers, together with a pro-active Telereal delivery manager and Acclaim Contracts formulated the perfect team. The ‘working in partnership' approach contributed to the successful completion of works on time and within budget. The work comprised of new carpets, suspended ceilings, lighting, decorations, roofing works, toilet refurbishments and general repairs.
We boast a large and varied workforce with carpenters, ground workers, mechanical and electrical engineers, decorators, plasterers and of course roofers together with established relationships with competent sub-contractors.
Taking into consideration the services at our disposal together with the knowledge of our Contracts Managers, Site Managers and Subcontractors, the size and complexity of most projects are well within our capability.
